Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility Conditions

You may qualify for a refund, return, or exchange if:
 Item Not Received: Package remains undelivered 14 days after the latest estimated delivery date(logistics updated info proof)
 Damaged/Defective Item: Physical damage or functional issues upon arrival (photo proof required)
 Item Mismatch: Received product differs materially from the listing description or photos

Non-Qualifying Scenarios (at seller’s discretion):
✖️ Buyer’s remorse (e.g., size/color preferences)
✖️ Custom/made-to-order items without defects
✖️ Items altered, used, or damaged after delivery


2. Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Request

Step 2: Authorization & Shipping

  • Approved returns will receive a Prepaid Return Label (defective/damaged cases)

  • Buyer-paid returns require:
    ▸ Original packaging + all accessories
    ▸ Tracking-enabled shipping method

Step 3: Inspection & Resolution

  • Allow 3-5 business days for quality verification

  • Choose your resolution:
    🔄 Replacement: Priority-shipped within 24hrs of approval
    💸 Refund: Issued to original payment method within 3-10 business days


3. Cost Responsibilities

Defective/Damaged Return shipping + full refund
Wrong Item Shipped Return shipping + full refund
Buyer-Changed Mind Return shipping + 15% restocking fee* Refund (minus fees)
Custom Items Non-refundable (stated at checkout)

*Waived if store credit is chosen instead


4. Seller Protection Terms

As a curated marketplace:
🔒 Seller Funds Protection:

  • No refunds released until return verification completes

  • Disputed claims require documented evidence from both parties

🛡 Fraud Prevention:

  • Chargeback abuse may result in account suspension

  • Repeated false claims forfeit future return privileges


5. Special Cases

🔍 Partial Refunds:
Available for minor defects (e.g., cosmetic flaws) with mutual agreement

🌐 International Returns:

  • Customs duties/VAT non-refundable

  • Return address defaults to regional warehouse (contact for exceptions)
