This was the worst experience I’ve had on Etsy. The hole was drilled offset on my pendant. This is made and shipped from China and delivered or maybe not delivered by the horrid UniUni. After two attempts and a month and half, I finally received a poorly crafted necklace. No one in customer service understands English at all. They work with a translating software or AI to communicate. So very frustrating! There was also lots of lying, misinformation, and they even blamed things on the War! Stay away from these people!
